We all know that the job of being a Frontline Bookseller is not easy - books to shelve, customers to help (and sometimes appease), reviews and shelf-talkers to write, displays to build and stock and repair, books to receive or return, plus cleaning chores! Starting this year, NAIBA will be hosting strategy sessions specifically for Frontline Booksellers to help you connect with your peers, ask questions and get advice, and help us understand your life on the floor and at the wrap.
Our Spring Topic - How can you sell a book without talking to people?
Not (just) because many of us are introverts, but because there are so many great tools that can sell a book or gift to one customer while you're helping other customers. Come explore the world of shelf talkers, staff picks, and displays that sell!
