Our NAIBA website is your member services hub! Read on to find out how to check your dues, update your personal and store info, check your registrations, and more!
Your first stop will always be your Member Compass. This is the page you see when you sign in.
Here's a guide to all of the information available to you via your Member Compass.
Wondering when your Dues are next due? That's easy to find on your Member Compass! We send out invoices a month before their due date, then a monthly reminder. We will cut off member benefits after 90 days, so make sure you open our e-mailed reminders to pay!
It's easier than ever to pay your Dues invoice, and to see the history of all of your payments to NAIBA, including Dues, tickets, meals, and retreats.
Store owners can decide which staff members have access to the store's record, in addition to their own personal member records. On your Member Compass, look for the "Company" icon. If you don't see it, e-mail us so we can update your record.
We would LOVE for members to regularly check their bookstore records and make sure all information is up to date. In 2025, we'll be offering prizes each month for stores that update certain categories of information, such as diversity, number of staff members, or partnerships. Learn how to update now so you can take advantage of the opportunities.
Want to make your hard-working NAIBA staffers happy? Make sure your store's staff members are in our database! We want more staff members to be receiving our newsletter and start taking advantage of our events and resources. You can easily add or remove staff records, then invite staffers to sign in and update their personal information.
NAIBA always has upcoming events for our members! If you know you've registered for upcoming events in a series, but can't remember exactly what or when, you can find that info on your Member Compass - which is, we promise, much easier than digging through your inbox!
The members of NAIBA invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.
All membership applications for NAIBA must be approved by the Board of Directors.
