What is The Hub? 
The Hub (thehub.harpercollins.com) is our 24-hour customer service portal, which allows accounts to 
upload and track orders, retrieve invoices and statements, file discrepancies, and much more!

How do I create an order using Edelweiss? 
Edelweiss offers a variety of services for booksellers, at no cost, anyone can create list of titles and selecting an export option and downloading title lists, or, submitting a publisher sales representative.

Call Customer Service at 800-242-7737 or email orders@harpercollins.com. 

Why order directly with HarperCollins? 
If you order directly from HarperCollins there are certain programs that will help and help provide additional credits and incentives. We have programs for New accounts, as well as discount incentives for ordering electronically. In addition programs for eligible accounts to maximize coop and discount incentives. 

IPG Indie Direct
