Publisher & Vendor NVNR Opportunities are for current members of NAIBA and SIBA.
If your membership is not current, a bill for membership will be created and sent to you.
The NVNR conference brings together hundreds of booksellers from the South and Mid-Atlantic regions, from Louisiana to New York, Arkansas to Washington, DC. Produced in partnership between the New Atlantic Booksellers Association (NAIBA) and the Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance (SIBA), NVNR has a reputation for innovative programming, title discovery, and bookseller/publisher networking opportunities.
- Submit an Author by April 17th (exhibiting publishers only)
- Suggest an education topic by April 17th (industry and booksellers)
- Reserve your hotel room by July 10th (Room rate is $185/night)
Your participation is integral to the success of our event and we appreciate you joining us! All invoices must be paid in full before our conference. Please note, Any cancellation of participation before July 1, 2026 will receive a refund of purchased products less 25%. Cancellations on July 1, 2026 or later are not eligible for refund.
