NAIBA and NEIBA are again hosting a Book Buyers Summit. This event is meant for adult book buyers only.  Space is limited to just 12 NAIBA buyers, with one buyer/store. Your NAIBA membership must be current.

Book Buyers Summit

Wednesday & Thursday February 12th & 13th, 2025

Beekman Arms

Rhinebeck, NY

Once again our buyers will have a chance to meet with publishers in a small and focused environment. Each publisher is there to get buyer input on just a few titles in an upcoming season, and each will make their own unique presentations.

This is also an opportunity to spend time with your fellow book buyers. A large part of our time together will be in group discussion on challenges, ideas, tips, and discussing books. That agenda will be created by the participants in the retreat.

There is a nominal registration fee of $25. NAIBA will reimburse stores $100 for travel after the event.  The event begins on Wednesday at 12:30pm with lunch, and ends on Thursday at 2pm following lunch.

For your hotel room, please call asap: The Beekman Arms directly at 845-876-7077 option 1

The rooms for this event are $199/night.

There are no elevators, so please ask for a ground floor room if you have accessibility concerns.
